Plug the USB cable from your computer to your phone and wait until the blackberry desktop software have found your phone.

Steps
. Unplug the usb cable that is connected to your phone not your computer.
. Rremove the battery and insert it again.
. Immediately, plug back the usb cable and wait, a pop up message will appear, don't panic
. Click repair and wait a moment another message will appear.
