After the installation, while you are connected to the internet on your computer,

Plug the USB cable from your computer to your phone and wait until the blackberry desktop software have found your phone.
Now, your phone has been found ! Grate lets begin.

Steps
. Unplug the usb cable that is connected to your phone not your computer.
. Rremove the battery and insert it again.
. Immediately, plug back the usb cable and wait, a pop up message will appear, don't panic
. Click repair and wait a moment another message will appear.
.Click update and  wait.
